Job summary

Komatsu is seeking a Lead SAP Business Analyst - OTC to join our corporate IT team. This on-site role can be based in Milwaukee or Chicago. Remote work is not offered. Lead Order-to-Cash initiatives, coordinate global teams, and drive SAP S/4HANA implementations across regions.

Required: 8+ years in SAP OTC roles, hands-on SAP ECC/S/4HANA experience, and strong process optimization skills. Travel up to 25% may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, information science or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP as an Order-to-Cash or service management business analyst, Sr. Business Analyst, or related role.
• Hands-on experience on an SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
• SAP ECC: at least two full SAP implementation cycles, with at least one in an S/4HANA version.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC; knowledge of multiple SAP modules preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP Vehicle Management Systems, SAP BRIM & SAP GTS preferred.
• Working experience with configuration and customization of SAP EDI solutions for quote to cash processes.
• Travel - Up to 25% travel might be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Order-to-Cash business process discussions for complex projects.
• Coordinate and complete assignments for implementations, upgrades, modifications, and value opportunities in Quote-to-Cash.
• Identify new process approaches and automate or simplify pricing, quoting, contracts, order intake, delivery, invoicing, and payments.
• Translate business requirements into detailed specifications for stakeholders.
• Analyze existing processes to identify improvements and optimization.
• Analyze global processes in SAP S/4HANA to support a single instance rollout.
• Lead SAP implementation/configuration and test system processes; troubleshoot issues.
• Promote ideas and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Manage assignments to meet deadlines, scope, and budget.
