Cardinal Health is seeking a seasoned Manager to lead SAP BRIM Run Operations within the SAP Center of Excellence. You will direct onshore and offshore engineers to ensure stable operation, efficient incident management, and continuous enhancements across the BRIM landscape.

The role requires deep SAP BRIM expertise, S/4HANA experience, and strong leadership to align IT capabilities with business goals. Salary range reflects market norms for a senior CoE leader.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP ERP experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years dedicated to SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management).
• Experience running SAP Run/Support operations in a high-volume, enterprise CoE.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day SAP Run operations for S/4HANA BRIM functionality.
• Oversee incident, defect, problem, enhancement, and change management processes.
• Monitor SLA/KPI governance with partners and vendors.
• Drive rapid resolution of SRTs and crises, provide technical direction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive end-to-end solutions.
