Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a seasoned Manager, SAP BRIM Run Operations to lead day-to-day SAP BRIM run operations within the SAP Center of Excellence. You will drive stability, performance, and continuous improvement across subscription billing and related financial integrations.

You will supervise onshore and offshore engineers, manage incidents, changes, and outages, and coordinate with other SAP process towers to ensure end-to-end reliability and strategic upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP ERP experience, with at least 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Minimum of 3+ years dedicated SAP BRIM experience.
• Experience in SAP Run/Support operations in a high-volume, enterprise CoE.
• Deep BRIM module knowledge: SOM, CM, CC, CI, FI-CA.
• Proficiency with AI tools for automation, testing, diagnostics.
• Strong interface experience: IDocs, RFCs, APIs, middleware.
• ABAP reading and debugging for rapid troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate/ASAP and transport control tools.
• Broad SAP S/4HANA architecture and operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day SAP Run operations for S/4HANA with BRIM functionality.
• Oversee incident, problem, change, and event management for BRIM modules.
• Ensure SLA/KPI adherence with partners and vendors.
• Lead rapid resolution of system restoration tickets and crises.
• Oversee system monitoring of orders, batch management, and job scheduling.
