Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a highly experienced, strategic and hands-on Manager, SAP BRIM Run Operations to lead the stable run, support, and continuous enhancement of our SAP BRIM landscape.

In this role you will direct a global team of onshore and offshore engineers, ensure accurate subscription order management, charging, invoicing and seamless financial integrations while driving IT controls, SLA governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP ERP experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years dedicated SAP BRIM experience (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management).
• Experience in SAP Run/Support operations post-implementation in a high-volume CoE.
• Deep BRIM modules knowledge: SOM, CM, CC, CI, FI-CA.
• Experience with AI tooling for diagnostics and automation.
• Strong interface experience via IDocs, RFCs, APIs, middleware.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Run operations for S/4HANA BRIM, ensuring secure, stable, compliant systems.
• Oversee incident, problem, change management tailored to SAP BRIM modules.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs with partners and vendors for uptime and response.
• Direct rapid resolution of system restoration tickets and crises.
• Monitor order flow, batch management, and job scheduling; automate recurring issues.
