Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of BRIM initiatives in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure quality, security, and regulatory compliance across SAP BRIM components, with strong emphasis on governance and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP project/program management experience.
• Hands-on SAP BRIM implementations and PM leadership.
• Experience with SAP BRIM components: Subscription Order Management, Convergent Invoicing, Convergent Charging, FI-CA.
• Proven ability to manage SAP integrations and complex enterprise deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methods; excellent communication and leadership.
• Experience leading multiple teams, vendors, and distributed resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP BRIM projects from planning through implementation and post-go-live support.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate SAP BRIM functional, technical, integration, and business teams.
• Define requirements with stakeholders and set delivery priorities.
• Oversee integrations across SAP BRIM components and related systems.
• Drive governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify risks/issues and dependencies; resolve cross-team blockers.
• Coordinate testing, data migration, cutover, deployment, and hypercare.
• Collaborate with vendors and offshore/onshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, security, and compliance expectations.

Job Summary

The SAP BRIM Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP BRIM initiatives in a fast-paced technology environment. The role requires strong SAP BRIM program and project management experience, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional business, technical, and integration teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP BRIM projects from planning through implementation and post-go-live support.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate SAP BRIM functional, technical, integration, and business teams.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define requirements and delivery priorities.
• Manage integrations across SAP BRIM components and related SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies.
• Coordinate testing, data migration, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Work with vendors and offshore/onshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, security, and compliance expectations.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP project/program management experience.
• Strong hands-on project management experience with SAP BRIM implementations.
• Good understanding of SAP BRIM components such as Subscription Order Management, Convergent Invoicing, Convergent Charging, and FI-CA.
• Experience managing SAP integrations and complex enterprise implementations.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and/or hybrid project delivery methodologies.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing multiple teams, vendors, and geographically distributed resources.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BRIM integration.
• Experience in large-scale technology or product organizations.
• SAP BRIM certification.
• PMP, SAFe, or Agile certification.
