Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an experienced SAP-BRIM Implementation / Project Manager to lead the L2C workstream within the broader Lead-to-Cash program. This is a hybrid role with on-site collaboration two days per week in the US.

You will manage end-to-end delivery of SAP BRIM modules, coordinate onshore/offshore teams, and ensure alignment with budgets, schedules, and governance. The position requires deep SAP BRIM expertise and strong stakeholder leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project and program management delivering large-scale enterprise apps.
• At least 5 years in the SAP ecosystem.
• 3+ full lifecycle SAP BRIM / Hybris Billing implementations, incl. global rollout.
• Experience with subscription/lead-to-cash monetization in a quote-to-cash context.
• Experience managing onshore/offshore delivery teams and partners.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Scrum certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP BRIM workstream within the L2C program from requirements through design, build, test, cutover, and HyperCare.
• Own the integrated project plan, milestones, critical path, and RACI; align delivery with the L2C roadmap.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams spanning onshore/offshore resources and partners.
• Control scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, and change management with clear trade-offs.
• Own RAID management and escalate risks/issues to closure with proper governance.
• Coordinate design and delivery across SAP BRIM components and related platforms.
• Drive test strategy, cutover planning, and hypercare readiness with training coordination.
• Provide executive-ready status reporting for governance forums.
• Ensure delivery meets audit, SOX, security, and data privacy controls.
