Job summary

BYU is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead Administrator to provide technical leadership and support for the Marketing Cloud Engagement platform used across BYU and CES. The role governs, optimizes, and expands the platform to enable recruitment, enrollment, student success, and university communications initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• Experience administering or supporting enterprise CRM, marketing automation, or Salesforce platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related Salesforce ecosystem products.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including access, security, and configuration.
• Collaborate with campus departments to design campaigns and student engagement journeys.
• Lead onboarding, training, and user support with documentation and best practices.
• Support integrations, data management, segmentation, and new Salesforce capabilities.
• Monitor campaign performance and deliverability; drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership to keep Marketing Cloud secure, reliable, and scalable.
