Job summary

CapTech in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the architecture and delivery of Salesforce implementations, including data migration, integrations, and custom development.

You will drive enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, partnering with clients, guiding DevOps, and advancing architectural standards. Mentorship, pre-sales involvement, and ongoing professional growth are supported.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and optimize complex business processes and integrate systems across distributed enterprise environments.
• Strong client-facing written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of overall technical development experience.
• Strong architectural and hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, integration patterns, and SDLC best practices.
• Experience implementing Salesforce solutions at scale for mid-to-large enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients on cross-functional, team-based projects to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across the full SDLC using Agile methodologies.
• Lead the technical architecture and delivery of Salesforce implementations, including custom development, integrations, and data migration.
• Design enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and industry-relevant managed packages.
• Define and support environment strategy, release management, and DevOps processes aligned with enterprise delivery standards.
• Create and execute an individualized professional development plan focused on Salesforce architecture mastery.
