Job summary

TriNet seeks a Lead Salesforce Administrator to own and deliver cloud-based Salesforce solutions across a multi-cloud ecosystem. You will partner with Revenue and Services leadership to define the system roadmap, drive data integrity, and deliver scalable automation.

The role requires 6–8 years of Salesforce experience, expert knowledge of Apex/LWC, and strong executive communication skills. Growth includes expanding Salesforce AI capabilities and user experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
Six to eight years of development and administration experience with Salesforce.com.
End-to-end implementation experience with Salesforce platform.
Experience with Tableau and advanced data modeling software.

Responsibilities

Develop custom applications using Salesforce.com and integrating with other systems.
Lead the Salesforce data hygiene strategy with automated deduplication rules and data retention policies.
Define, track and present core platform metrics and KPIs to leadership.
Lead planning of application changes, development, upgrades and releases; develop and enforce standards.
Guide users in formulating requirements and advise on options and implications.
Translate business needs into effective Salesforce tools.
Identify design risks and develop mitigation approaches.
Lead multiple technical projects and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
