Job summary

Whiteboard Risk & Insurance Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce & AI Automation Lead to design, build, and deploy AI-powered automation within our Salesforce environment. You will drive agent development, voice solutions, integrations, and workflow optimizations to automate roughly 80% of internal processes.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce expertise and strong AI automation experience, plus excellent communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration, development, or platform management experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and deploying AI agents or automation in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Flow, data models, security, and automation best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Data Cloud, or comparable AI platforms.
• Proficiency with Apex, APIs, and third-party integrations, and ability to troubleshoot existing solutions.
• Ability to independently manage technical projects from requirements through implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• AI Agent Development: design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered agents and automations across Sales, Claims, Injury Triage, and Client Services.
• Voice AI Solutions: develop AI voice agents for inbound calls, injury intake, dispatch coordination, and client workflows.
• Workflow Automation: identify opportunities and develop intelligent automations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Salesforce Development & Administration: maintain and optimize Salesforce Enterprise (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce).
• System Integration: develop integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms (Microsoft 365, Aircall, Calendly, Applied Epic).
• Process Optimization: collaborate with leadership to understand workflows and develop technical solutions.
• Project Management & Execution: manage multiple initiatives end-to-end with quarterly priorities.
• Communication & Documentation: create project plans, maintain docs, provide leadership updates.
• Data Management & Security: maintain Salesforce data integrity, permissions, security, and reliability.
• User Support & Training: troubleshoot issues, train users, promote adoption.
• Continuous Improvement: stay current with Salesforce, AI, and automation developments.
