Job summary

Eaton’s North American Sales Division is seeking a Lead Sales Engineer to cover the Seattle metropolitan area, focusing on power distribution solutions for large, complex construction projects. This hybrid role is based out of our Tukwila, WA location and will cover the Seattle metropolitan area, with a focus on power distribution solutions for large, complex construction projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Five (5)+ years of experience selling, engineering, or marketing complex engineering solutions.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Role requires hybrid work setup with Tukwila, WA base.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth.
• Develop and execute account plans using customer insights and market knowledge.
• Interpret electrical plans and specifications to develop competitive proposals with BOM and pricing.
• Partner with internal experts to deliver customer‑centric power distribution solutions.
• Collaborate with product, operations, pricing, inside sales, and project teams across the order lifecycle.
