Dollar General is seeking a dedicated Cashier/Stocker to lead in the absence of store management and to support plan-o-gram execution, customer service, and loss prevention. You will unload trucks, stock shelves, assist customers, operate the register, and help maintain a clean, organized store while upholding company policies and safety guidelines.

Formación

• Ability to perform basic math calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide, percentages).
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposits.
• Ability to operate IBM cash register functions.
• Knowledge of cash, facility and safety control policies and practices.
• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of safety policies and practices.
• Ability to read and follow plan-o-grams and merchandise presentation guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; build displays.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise and answering questions.
• Operate cash register, process payments, and bag items.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Open/close store under Area Manager direction.
