Base pay range

$95,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with leadership aspirations. Responsibilities include selling, building a client base, mastering our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products, and eventually mentoring new team members.

Ideal Candidate
  • Resolute, self-assured, proactive
  • Disciplined, determined, able to work independently
  • Skilled in handling objections and closing sales
  • Willing to dedicate 40-45 hours weekly
  • Proven track record of performance
  • Enthusiastic about mentoring and motivating peers
  • Passionate about sales and field engagement
Additional Qualifications
  • Pass a high-level background check
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willing to obtain it
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience (within 6 months of degree completion or with relevant sales/athletic background)
