Base pay range

$95,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

We are seeking an experienced and assertive sales professional with leadership aspirations. The role involves selling and building a strong clientele, leading by example. Initially, focus on mastering our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products, including relationship-building, cold calling, and client engagement. As you progress, opportunities to train and mentor new team members will be available.

  • Resolute, self-assured, and proactive
  • Disciplined and determined; able to work independently
  • Skilled in handling objections and closing sales, resilient to setbacks
  • Willing to dedicate 40-45 hours weekly
  • Proven track record of exemplary performance
  • Enthusiastic about mentoring and motivating peers
  • Passionate about sales and fully engaged in the field

The primary attribute we seek is a proactive individual eager to lead by example rather than passively influence the team.

Additional Qualifications
  • Pass a high-level pre-employment background check
  • Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain it (study course provided, licensing fees reimbursed)
  • Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of relevant work experience (candidates close to degree completion or with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
