Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred (six months or more).
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandising guides.
• Strong cash handling and basic math skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service leadership and greet/assist customers.
• Operate cash register, process payments, bag merchandise and assist customers.
• Stock, restock, and rotate merchandise; build displays and set up planograms.
• Keep the store clean and organized; perform cleaning tasks as needed.
• Open/close the store under direction of Store Manager; assist in managerial duties in their absence.
