Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of supervisory experience or related training preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow planograms and merchandising guides.
• Ability to perform cash register functions and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and assist customers.
• Operate cash register, itemize purchases, collect payment, bag merchandise.
• Stock, rotate merchandise, and build displays; maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist in planogram implementation and store setup.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
