Job summary

Dollar General Lead Sales Associate position located in the United States focuses on maintaining a clean, organized store with a customer-first approach. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Six months supervisory experience or related training preferred.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandise presentation guides.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and leadership on the sales floor.
• Operate cash register, process payments, and assist customers with purchases.
• Stock, rotate, and display merchandise following planograms and company standards.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including restrooms and stockroom.
• Assist in opening/closing the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform additional duties in the absence of store leadership.
