Zusammenfassung

Dollar General is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, customer-first store and assist customers with purchases. You will operate the register, stock and rotate merchandise, and help with planograms. In the absence of store leadership, you act as a lead and carry out related duties.

The role emphasizes a strong customer service focus, safety awareness, and the ability to manage store operations with accuracy and reliability.

Qualifikationen

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Six months of supervisory experience or related training.
Strong customer service skills and professionalism.
Ability to operate cash register and scanners accurately.

Aufgaben

Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
Operate cash register and scanner to total purchases and make change.
Stock merchandise, restock, and rotate on shelves; build displays.
Clean the store; manage trash, dust floors, and clean restrooms.
Assist in planogram implementation and store layout.
Open/close the store under direction of Store Manager.
Perform duties of Sales Associate in Manager's absence.
