Dollar General Corporation in Harrison, Ohio seeks a Lead Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and lead store operations. You will assist customers, operate the cash register, stock and rotate merchandise, maintain store cleanliness, and support planogram execution under the Store Manager's direction.

The role also involves opening/closing responsibilities and performing duties in the absence of the Store Manager, contributing to store profitability and customer satisfaction

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow planograms; handle cash and perform calculations.

Mansioni

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to total purchases and give change.
• Stock merchandise, restock and rotate on shelves; build displays.
• Clean the store, take out trash, mop floors, and maintain restrooms/storage areas.
• Support planogram implementation and store organization.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager; perform duties in their absence.
