Formación

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
• Knowledge of safety policies and practices.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandising guides.
• Strong math skills for calculations and percentages.
• Experience with cash handling and POS cash register functions.
• Understanding of cashier accountability and deposit procedures.
• Willingness to drive own vehicle to deposit money at the bank.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership in customer service and greet customers.
• Operate cash register, total purchases, collect payment, bag items and assist customers.
• Stock, restock and rotate merchandise, and set up merchandise displays.
• Clean the store, take out trash, mop floors, and tidy restrooms and stockroom.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining planograms.
• Open and close the store under direction of Store Manager.
• Perform duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
