Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to help maintain a clean, customer-focused store. You will assist customers, operate cash registers, stock merchandise, and support store operations under the Store Manager’s guidance.

The role includes leading in the absence of management, opening and closing duties, and helping implement planograms to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. A high school diploma and some supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Six months of supervisory experience or related training preferred.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandise presentation guides.
• Ability to perform basic math and cash handling.

Aufgaben

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to total purchases, collect payment, and bag merchandise.
• Stock merchandise, restock and rotate on shelves, and build displays.
• Clean the store, take out trash, dust and mop, and maintain restroom and stockroom.
• Open and close the store under the direction of the Store Manager.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining planograms.
