Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to total purchases, collect payment, make change, bag merchandise, and assist customers.
• Follow work processes to receive, open and unpack merchandise; stock, restock and rotate on shelves; build displays.
• Clean the store; take out trash; mop floors; clean restrooms and stockrooms; assist with sidewalk displays.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining planograms.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform duties of Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager in their absence.
