Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 6 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow planograms and stock merchandise accurately.
• Proficient math skills for basic calculations and checkout.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and register operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize totals and process payments.
• Stock merchandise, restock, rotate shelves, and build displays.
• Clean the store; handle trash; mop floors and maintain restrooms.
• Assist in planogram implementation and store layout maintenance.
• Open/close the store under Store Manager direction.
• Perform duties in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
