Dollar General Lead Sales Associate keeps a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. You assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operate a cash register, stock and recover merchandise, and support the Store Manager to maximize profitability and satisfaction while protecting assets.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent and supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash register and learn company processes.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and occasionally up to 55 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register, scanner and process payments; bag merchandise.
• Stock, restock and rotate merchandise; build displays; open/close under guidance.
• Maintain store cleanliness; take out trash; clean restrooms and stockroom.
• Assist in planogram implementation and merchandise presentation.
• Act in lead capacity in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant.
