Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandising guides.
• Ability to perform basic math including percentages.
• Ability to operate cash register and handle cash.
• Knowledge of cash handling and deposit procedures.
• Ability to drive to bank for deposits.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases; handle payment.
• Stock, rotate, and display merchandise; implement planograms.
• Clean store and related areas; manage side displays.
• Open/close store under Store Manager guidance; assist in opening and closing tasks.
• Perform duties in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
