Dollar General Corporation in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to uphold a customer-first store environment. You will assist customers, operate the cash register, stock merchandise, and help maintain a clean, organized store. You may lead in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of supervisory experience, along with strong communication and math skills. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds is required.

• Provide superior customer service leadership and greet customers.
• Operate cash register, scan items, total purchases, and make change.
• Stock merchandise, restock and rotate on shelves, and build displays.
• Clean the store, empty trash, mop floors, and clean restrooms and stockroom.
• Assist in planogram implementation and maintenance.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform duties of Sales Associate in the Store Manager's absence.
