Dollar General Corporation in Knoxville is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, customer-first store. You will assist customers, operate a cash register, stock merchandise, and help set up sales displays under the Store Manager’s guidance.

The role requires good interpersonal skills, reliability with cash handling, and the ability to follow planograms. You may open/close the store and perform other duties in the absence of the Store Manager; occasional travel to other nearby

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash accurately.
• Ability to read planograms and merchandise presentation guides.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to total purchases, collect payment, bag merchandise.
• Stock merchandise and build displays; restock and rotate on shelves.
• Clean the store and manage sanitation; open/close the store as directed.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Perform duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
