Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Lead Sales Associate in Knoxville, TN to support a customer-first experience, operate the cash register, and maintain organized shelves. The role involves stocking, rotating merchandise, and ensuring store standards are met.

The position includes acting in a lead capacity when managers are unavailable, assisting in opening/closing, and upholding safety policies while protecting company assets.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related training) preferred.
• Strong customer service and cash handling abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to total purchases, take payments, and bag merchandise.
• Stock, restock and rotate merchandise; assist with planograms and displays.
• Keep the store clean; take out trash; mop floors; clean restrooms and stockroom.
• Open and close the store under Store Manager direction.
• Perform duties of Sales Associate and lead in the absence of management.
