Job summary

You may open and close the store under direction, perform duties of Sales Associate, and step into leadership in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
• Understanding of safety policies and practices.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandise presentation guides.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases, collect payment, bag merchandise.
• Stock merchandise; restock and rotate displays; build merchandise displays.
• Clean the store; take out trash; mop floors; clean restroom and stockroom.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform duties typically performed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in their absence.
