Dollar General is seeking a Lead Sales Associate in Moore, OK. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first mindset and leadership in the absence of store management.

You will assist customers, operate a cash register, stock and rotate merchandise, and help create attractive displays while protecting company assets. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring dependable availability.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandise presentation guides.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle cash accurately.
• Capable of driving to the bank to deposit money.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership and greet customers.
• Operate cash register, scan items, process payments and bag purchases.
• Stock, restock and rotate merchandise; build displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with side-walk displays.
• Open/close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
