Dollar General is seeking a Lead Sales Associate in Oklahoma to support daily store operations and lead in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities include customer service, cash handling, stocking, and ensuring planograms are followed.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months supervisory experience. Frequent walking, lifting up to 40 pounds, and occasional driving to fellow stores are expected.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandise presentation guides.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and deposit control.
• Ability to operate a cash register and total customer purchases.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase, collect payment and provide change.
• Stock merchandise and restock/rotate on shelves; assist in displays.
• Clean store; take out trash; clean restrooms and stockroom; help with sidewalk displays.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Open and close the store under direction of Store Manager.
• Perform duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
