Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and uphold sales standards among team members
• Provide excellent customer service, greet clients, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries
• Lead, coach, and hold Sales Associates accountable for daily operations and sales goals
• Enhance member retention through excellent service and follow-ups
• Lead by example and support team development
• Track KPIs and assist in monitoring sales performance
• Promote the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching, meet sales targets, and improve sales skills
