Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales within the studio and hold the Sales Associate to the same standard.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes through the door, scheduling all appointments, answering the phone, and addressing any member concerns.
• Lead and coach your Sales Associates and hold them accountable for daily operations and monthly goals.
• Drive member retention through great customer service and consistent follow-ups.
• Lead by example and support your team daily.
• Track KPIs to understand studio performance and assist the General Manager in tracking all key sales metrics.
• Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting sales goals and improving sales skills.
