Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational, financial and personnel activities of the Safety & Security Department.
• Oversees staff development and ensures required training andcertifications are maintained and documented.
• Evaluates employee performance.
• Promotes safe work performance by enforcing safety policies, implementing safety programs and training employees in safe practices.
• Manages departmental budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Responsible for performance improvement activities for the Safety & Security department.
• Maintains and improves security systems including surveillance, access control, and communication tools.
