Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, health administration or related field.
• Iowa RN licensure required.
• Minimum five years in hospital quality/safety (leadership preferred).
• National certification in quality/safety required or to be acquired within 2 years.
• LEAN Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality, patient safety, culture of safety and infection prevention programs.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to implement CMS/TJC standards.
• Lead continuous improvement and data-driven quality initiatives.
• Supervise quality, safety, and infection prevention staff and develop their competencies.
• Promote Just Culture and TogetherSafe initiatives.
