Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety/health, construction management or related field.
• 10+ years construction safety experience.
• 5+ years people management experience.
• 2+ years budgeting or financial management experience.

Responsibilities

• Implements, manages and drives environmental, health and safety programs and initiatives.
• Measures environmental, health and safety metrics and provides timely analytics.
• Supports Worker's Compensation claims with Risk and Insurance teams.
• Leads the Drug and Alcohol program and conducts safety training.
• Leads investigation on serious safety matters within the Region.
• Collaborates with safety professionals nationwide to monitor trends and provide recommendations.
