RedTech Recruitment Ltd. seeks a Lead SaaS Implementation Specialist to guide enterprise customers from discovery through deployment, balancing strategic impact with practical execution.

You will own complex implementations, coach colleagues, and shape delivery standards while engaging with senior stakeholders in a hybrid New York setting post-probation.

Qualifications

• Significant client-facing experience in enterprise B2B SaaS implementations and delivery.

• Proven ownership of complex, high-value enterprise implementations from discovery to adoption.
• Strong understanding of contracts, negotiation processes and commercial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations for strategic enterprise customers across regions or functions.
• Conduct discovery sessions to map processes and plan implementations.
• Guide platform configuration balancing immediate needs with scalability.
• Manage concurrent implementations to timelines and outcomes.
• Address delivery risks and reset expectations when needed.
• Coach colleagues and maintain delivery standards across teams.
• Develop and improve implementation playbooks, configuration guidance and training materials.
• Collaborate with Product and internal teams to translate customer needs into feedback.
• Occasional travel as required by customers and business needs.

A fantastic opportunity for a Lead SaaS Implementation Specialist to join a rapidly growing AI software company, helping enterprise customers transform complex business processes. This is a senior, client-facing opportunity combining ownership of complex software implementations with coaching colleagues and shaping how the wider team delivers.

You will guide strategic customers from initial discovery through to successful deployment and confident, independent use of the platform, working closely with technical and commercial teams to deliver lasting value.

Location

New York, three days per week in the office after probation

Salary

$130,000–$140,000 base salary + performance-related bonus + benefits

Requirements for Lead SaaS Implementation Specialist

• Significant client-facing experience within enterprise B2B SaaS, spanning implementation, professional services, onboarding, delivery or customer success, and/or substantial relevant experience advising on contracts and commercial processes
• This company highly value strong academic credentials, so you should be degree-educated with a minimum GPA of 3.5 from a top university
• Proven experience owning complex, high-value enterprise implementations from discovery through to successful adoption
• Strong understanding of contracts, negotiation processes, approval procedures and commercial workflows
• Ability to assess customer requirements, challenge unnecessary complexity and recommend practical solutions within the platform’s capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise senior enterprise decision-makers
• Experience coaching colleagues, reviewing delivery quality and improving implementation methods
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements while maintaining accuracy and meeting agreed milestones
• Experience writing effective prompts for AI tools and explaining these techniques to others
• Confidence making decisions and providing direction when requirements are evolving or unclear
• Experience with contract management software, international deployments or phased enterprise rollouts would be advantageous

Responsibilities for Lead SaaS Implementation Specialist

• Lead complex implementations for strategic enterprise customers, including deployments spanning multiple regions or business functions
• Run discovery sessions to understand customer processes, resolve competing priorities and establish clear implementation plans
• Guide platform configuration decisions, balancing immediate requirements with scalability and long-term usability
• Manage concurrent implementations against agreed timelines, milestones and customer outcomes
• Take ownership of delivery challenges, recommending solutions and addressing risks early
• Lead sensitive customer conversations, including resetting expectations, managing scope and bringing delayed implementations back on track
• Help customers achieve confident, independent platform use through practical training and guidance on AI prompting
• Coach colleagues, review implementation work and help maintain consistent delivery standards
• Develop and improve implementation playbooks, configuration guidance and training materials
• Work closely with Product and other internal teams, translating recurring customer needs into clear, evidence-based feedback
• Undertake occasional travel according to customer and business needs
