ASPCA is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our Mobile Clinics in the Greater Los Angeles area as a Staff and Flow Manager. You will direct workflow, assist veterinarians, and ensure high-quality care for cats and dogs across multiple sites.

The role requires a California RVT license, strong team collaboration, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Travel within LA County and occasional reporting to the South LA Spay/Neuter Clinic may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must have California State Registered Veterinary Technician License.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
• Desire to serve clients in a kind, helpful and nonjudgmental manner.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Strong interest in animal welfare and serving underserved communities.
• Must possess excellent animal handling skills.
• Must be able to lift and carry 40+ pounds repeatedly with assistance.
• Stand for 10+ hours.
• Fear Free Shelter certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Direct workflow and coordinate flow of work throughout the day.
• Assist the veterinarian in administering medical treatments and client communications.
• Maintain high quality patient care and adherence to CM SOPs.
• Coach nursing staff to handle patients gently and support animal mental health.
• Ensure drug logs are accurate and compliant with DEA regulations and CM protocols.
• Lead daily huddles and support Mobile Leadership Team with clinic goals.
