You will supervise staff, assign duties, monitor room status, and train teammates. Shifts typically start 8–10 am, with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety. Experience in hotel housekeeping and StayPMS is a plus; Spanish helps.

Qualifications

• Hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Shifts start 8am on supervisor days off or 9am/10am on other days.
• Computer skills for room status monitoring via StayPMS, scheduling, inventory management.
• Additional language skills such as Spanish are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public areas to hotel standards.
• Supervise and support housekeeping staff, ensuring productivity and quality.
• Assign daily room duties on supervisor days off and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns; verify completion.
• Respond to guest requests to enhance satisfaction.
• Train and coach team on cleaning standards and safety.
• Monitor room status, key control, and reporting of cleaned rooms.
• Assist with cleaning duties as needed to meet daily goals.
• Promote a positive, safe, guest‑centric team environment.
