Job summary

Qualifications

• Roofing experience is required.
• Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience is required.
• Strong working knowledge of residential and/or new construction roofing.
• Ability and willingness to get on roofs and perform inspections.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interact with builders, crews, and office staff.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support roofing crews on New Construction and Residential projects.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits and quality-control inspections.
• Inspect roofs to identify installation issues and troubleshoot leaks.
• Coordinate with builders and the office to resolve field issues and keep projects moving.
• Forecast upcoming installations and communicate production needs to the operations team.
• Manage materials, safety, and equipment to ensure efficient field operations.
• Document progress using company software and photographs.
