Job summary

Think Roofing & Storm Restoration is seeking a Site Superintendent for residential roofing projects across Onslow, Carteret, Craven, and Jones counties. The role requires overseeing crews, ensuring safety, and maintaining detailed site documentation.

Travel between multiple job sites is expected with early mornings and extended hours during peak seasons. The ideal candidate has roofing or exterior construction experience and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Roofing, construction, or residential exterior experience strongly preferred.
• Previous crew leadership or job-site supervision experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, and job-site safety is a plus.
• Comfortable working outdoors, using ladders, accessing roofs, and moving job-site materials and equipment.
• Able to work early mornings, changing schedules, and longer hours on active build days.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to take extensive project photos.
• Professional, respectful, and courteous when working around homeowners and their property.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Must be able to travel between job sites, suppliers, and company storage locations.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders, delivered materials, project notes, and property photos before each build.
• Prepare job sites and ensure required tools, safety equipment, and materials are available.
• Oversee roofing crews and confirm compliance with safety requirements.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure projects meet Think Roofing installation standards, including IBHS FORTIFIED Roof requirements.
• Maintain accurate project notes and detailed photo updates in company software.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, crew members, suppliers, and management.
• Coordinate job-site cleanup, material returns, and inventory; complete final inspections and next-day cleanup checks.
