ALPHA OMEGA CONSTRUCTION GROUP OF RALEIGH INC is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee subcontracted labor crews involved in the installation of roofing, siding, and gutters in Raleigh, NC. You will receive daily schedules, assign jobs, and act as the main contact for builders and crews.

This role emphasizes production coordination, material logistics, and adherence to safety standards, with a focus on timely completions and high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Requires strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple crews and schedules.
• Understanding of safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to read job orders and determine materials needed.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit labor crews (subcontractors) and assign daily installation jobs.
• Coordinate material drop-offs/pick-ups and verify order accuracy.
• Inspect daily work for quality and safety; recommend improvements.
• Maintain communication with builders and update changes.
• Monitor material usage with scheduling/warehouse teams.
• Establish procedures to meet production schedules.
• Serve as liaison between crews and builders for daily installs.
• Enforce safety regulations and stay current with OSHA rules.
