Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all roofing operations, including installation, repair, and maintenance
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
• Schedule and coordinate all roofing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget
• Manage and train roofing crews, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
• Monitor project progress and ensure that work is performed to the highest standards of quality
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Prepare and maintain project budgets and forecasts
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that roofing operations are aligned with overall company objectives

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in roofing operations management
• Proven track record of managing roofing projects from start to finish
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements related to roofing operations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work at heights and on rooftops
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in outdoor environments, in all weather conditions
