Job summary

Resnick Roofing & Contracting is seeking a Field Service Foreman to lead a crew in roofing, siding, and solar projects. You will oversee installation, manage daily work, and ensure clean, safe job sites for residential and commercial properties.

The role requires leadership, strong carpentry skills, and the ability to read framing and use speed squares. You will work full time on hourly pay, with responsibilities spanning field supervision and customer communication.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of roofing experience required.
• Ability to lead and direct a crew.
• Understanding of basic construction framing principles.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Comfort reading framing and speed squares.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew and provide installation direction to Field Service Technicians daily.
• Perform roofing/siding repairs and small project replacements.
• Keep job sites neat and ensure thorough cleanup daily.
• Distribute door hangers at job start to neighbors.
• Assist in taking before/during/after photos.
• Coordinate materials shortages to prevent delays.
• Communicate progress with property owners using project photos.
• Keep vehicle stocked with needed materials.
• Adopt and use the in-house CRM (JobProgress).
