Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, a national leader in commercial roofing, seeks a Construction Site Manager in Pensacola, FL for our Government Division. You will supervise multiple roofing crews, review blueprints and specs, and coordinate with general contractors to ensure a smooth workflow.

Travel is required and you must maintain safety, communicate with the project manager, and plan every phase of the project. OSHA 30-hour cert is required or training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with all types of commercial roof systems.
• Strong knowledge of roofing practices, procedures and safety.
• 5+ years in construction management.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to pass background checks for access to military/government sites.
• 30 Hour OSHA certification (will train) required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple roofing production crews at job sites/facilities.
• Understand blueprints, job specs and building plans.
• Coordinate with general contractors and trades for workflow.
• Establish and maintain safety on job sites/facilities.
• Maintain daily communication with general contractor and CentiMark PM.
• Plan and execute successful project delivery.
• Manage materials effectively and anticipate needs.
• Travel as required; overtime may be necessary.
