Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, a national leader in commercial roofing, seeks a Construction Site Manager in Pensacola, FL for our Government Division. You will supervise multiple roofing crews, review blueprints and specs, and coordinate with general contractors to ensure a smooth workflow.

Travel is required and you must maintain safety, communicate with the project manager, and plan every phase of the project. OSHA 30-hour cert is required or training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with all types of commercial roof systems.
• Strong knowledge of roofing practices, procedures and safety.
• 5+ years in construction management.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to pass background checks for access to military/government sites.
• 30 Hour OSHA certification (will train) required.

Responsibilities

CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Construction Site Manager in Pensacola, FL for our Government Division. This person will be responsible for supervising large scale, new construction roofing projects.

Job Summary

• Supervise multiple roofing production crews at job sites / facilities
• Understanding blueprints, job specifications, and building plan details
• Communicate with all general contractors and trades to ensure a proficient workflow
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining safety on job sites / facilities
• Daily communication with the general contractor and CentiMark project manager
• Planning and executing a successful project
• Must possess strong material management skills
• Must be willing to travel
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience with all types of commercial roof systems REQUIRED
• Must have experience and working knowledge of roofing practices, procedures,
• and safety requirements
• 5+ years of construction management experience
• Valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
• Ability to pass background checks to access military and government sites
• 30 Hour OSHA certification (will train) is required
• Must live within 1 hour from branch office
• Bilingualism and the ability to read blueprints are an advantage
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, leadership skills,
• interpersonal communication, ability to problem solve, and organizational skills
