Job summary

Maumee River Roofing is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee roof replacement projects, ensuring safety, quality, and customer property protection on every job.

You will prioritize daily tasks, coordinate with production management and subcontractors, manage material inventories, communicate clearly with customers, and conduct final walkthroughs with homeowners to confirm satisfaction and sign-off.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of project management or site supervision experience.
• 1–2 years in general construction.
• 1–2 years in supervisory or leadership role.
• 1–2 years experience with CRM software (e.g., AccuLynx).

Responsibilities

• Prioritize 1–2 jobs per day to maintain customer satisfaction during installation.
• Collaborate with production management to maintain a well-documented weekly schedule for crews.
• Manage daily schedule to ensure timely completion of all jobs.
• Take inventory of materials on-site and in the warehouse.
• Educate and communicate job needs and status with operations, crews, and customers.
• Complete final walkthrough with homeowners.
