Job summary

Maumee-River-Roofing seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee roof replacements, ensuring safety and quality while protecting the customer’s property. You’ll supervise installation, coordinate with subcontractors, and manage the daily schedule and material logistics on each job.

Key responsibilities include prioritizing daily workloads, documenting schedules, monitoring customer feedback, and conducting final walkthroughs with homeowners.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in project management and/or site supervisory.
• 1-2 years experience in general construction.
• 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• 1-2 years experience with CRM software, such as AccuLynx or inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize 1-2 jobs per day to ensure company satisfaction during installation and monitor customer feedback.
• Collaborate with production management to keep crews with a well-documented schedule.
• Manage a daily schedule to ensure deadlines are met.
• Take inventory of materials on-site and in the warehouse.
• Educate and communicate job needs and status with operations, crews, and customers.
• Ensure on-site team understands daily job expectations and safety requirements.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about the process and status.
• Complete final walkthrough with homeowners.
