Job summary

Figure is seeking a Service Manager in Santa Clara to lead the team that diagnoses, repairs, and maintains humanoid robots. You will own day-to-day service operations, build a high-performing technical team, and be the voice of service quality for customers and engineering.

This hands-on leadership role requires coaching technicians, defining standard procedures, and driving metrics like uptime and repair time while ensuring safety and compliance across high-voltage, battery, and actuated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in service-focused environments, with 2+ years leading technicians.
• Proven track record running service operations in tech-driven settings with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Experience using Lean or continuous improvement methods.
• Strong business metrics sense and ability to drive productivity, quality, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service and repair operations to maximize robot uptime and turnaround time.
• Hire, train, and mentor service technicians and set standards for technical excellence.
• Champion safety, quality, and efficiency in every repair on high-voltage, battery, and actuated systems.
• Represent Figure to internal and commercial customers and monitor service trends to improve experiences.
• Drive service KPIs (uptime, MTTR, first-time fix, cost, parts usage) using Lean methods.
