Maven Robotics, Inc. is seeking a Robot Fleet Maintenance Lead in Santa Clara, CA. You will bridge production, engineering, and procurement while mentoring technicians and driving quality and reliability of the robot fleet.

Lead preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and ensure OSHA and lab protocols compliance. Travel to customer sites as needed and manage service tools and inventory.

Competenze

• 10+ years hands-on experience in automotive service, manufacturing maintenance, prototyping, or R&D.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Robotics/Mechatronics/Engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and measurement devices like scopes and meters.
• Knowledge of BLDC/stepper motors and various interfaces (CAN, EtherCAT, Serial, Ethernet).
